We are part of Umnotho We Afrika Group (Pty) Ltd and currently have two main divisions, namely; the community development division, which is a Small Micro Medium Enterprise (SMME) incubation Non-Profit Organisation (NPO) partner. The other division is trading as Umnotho We Afrika Training and Skills Centre and holds a status of an accredited training provider, with Quality Council for Trades and Occupations (QCTO) as well as a number of Sector Education and Training Authorities (SETAs).

Umnotho We Afrika Foundation is also registered with the Department of Social Development (DSD) and has an NPO number (199-040).
